The device allows the non-destructive measurement of residual stresses in metallic materials, structures and components after various heat treatments, and in welds and castings.
The device is equipped with a special small-sized X-ray tube and a portable goniometer. Measurement and data processing can be performed using a personal computer with the software Windows.
