The attention of visitors was attracted by the right reports and stands of the largest world manufacturers - Sony, Panasonic, Ikegami, GrassValley, Orad, Harris, Tektronix, Vizrt, Ross Video, Harmonic / Omneon, Axon, RTS, Lightcraft, Senna, Orad, Cinegy etc.
As part of the exhibition for the first time a unique OB Vans of Television and Radio Company of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan were demonstrated in a three-car, built in 2012 on the territory of Kazakhstan by DNK integrator using Ikegami HDK-79EC camera systems - fully digital multi-format HD camera with CMOS matrices.
Spectacular event was the Championship of Kazakhstan in street ball games which were carried out directly at the site of the exhibition. Shooting games were conducted using four (4) Ikegami HDK-79EC cameras (from the largest of the three cars - OB Vans of Television and Radio Company of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and broadcast on a large plasma screen.
The newest CMOS matrix (2/3 "2.5 Megapixel) used in the HDK-79EC, provides a perfect image with a wide dynamic range and without blurring. Ikegami unique designs used in these cameras can cope with the existing CMOS matrix disadvantages, such as noise (FPN), the formation of dead pixels, graphic distortion (image lag) when panoramas or fast-moving subjects are shot.
The fact that HDK-79EC copes with these disadvantages is confirmed by the fact that the HDK-79EC cameras were used in the shooting such important sporting events like the US Open Tennis, NBA (National Basket Association), Masters Golf, NFL (Sunday Night, Monday Night Football Game) and MLB (Major League Baseball), where there are strict requirements for equipment reliability and image quality.
At the Ikegami booth, along with Ikegami HDK-79EC, HDK-55 camera system was demonstrated - the new 16-bit digital HDTV camera Ikegami, the most attractive for the price of Unicam HD series, which uses 3-sensor system 2.3Mega Pixels AIT-CCDs. 1080i format is supported with the ratio S / N - no less than 60dB. In order to reduce costs and maintain high image quality rarely used function were removed.
The camera has excellent image quality and system flexibility for studio and field production. With a docking style camera body, either an FA (Fiber Adaptor) or TA (Triax Adaptor) can be mounted depending on the use.
